Small but detailed - this project involved following stringent religious laws and building techniques. At the time, Rachel was a Sr. Project Manager for GTG running the project. We were guided by multiple consultants from across the globe on the details required for the successful concrete pour of the baths, being warned that few contractors have succeeded in their first attempt - thanks to very close coordination and detail, GTG was added to that short list of successes. Rachel was also heavily involved in the design process, guiding congregation representatives through design options, limitations and budget impacts.
